Terms and Conditions

·      This offer is available for reservations and rentals picked up made between Valid from 1st Jul – 31st Dec 2021.

·      Customer must rent a vehicle for a minimum of 7+ and maximum 14 days rental.

·      Rate includes: Super Loss Damage Waiver, theft car protection insurance, Unlimited kilometers and Airport Surcharge.

·      Rate excludes: Value-added Tax (VAT), Refueling service charge, optional Excess Reduction and other optional miscellaneous charges.     

·      Renter or additional drivers must meet Budget minimum age of 21 years old. Renter must hold a valid local driving permit/license and an Identity Card (for Thai citizen) or a valid International Driving Permit/License and Passport (for Foreigner).

·      Renter must provide a valid major credit card (e.g. American Express, Diners, MasterCard, Visa) for a compulsory pre-authorization of a 5,000 Baht security deposit as well as rental cost to cover for the excess expenses and renter has to sign on rental agreement upon pick-up of car.

·      Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, coupon, booking online or promotion including local branch specials.

·      Subject to the terms and conditions of the Budget Rental Agreement at the time of rental.
